Went to an Aquamuse 141 sailing get together on the weekend. It was fantastic. Aside from the embarressment of finding out I had my rudder backwards, doh. The kind folks took pity on me and helped me out tons.

Here's a link to their pics, these guys are pros!

Sorry all Japanese but lots of great pics and vids, you'll get the idea.

Apparently these simple sailing canoes are not exported from Japan. In the UK, it seems there is a line of similar products: http://www.solwaydory.fsnet.co.uk/index.htm

I enjoyed the pictures Romainpek. The Japanese class sailboats look very fast and fun.

Thanks Romainpek for correcting my www mistake, sorry.

Yes, I agree the Aquamuse seems to be a good copy of the Solway Curlew
http://www.solwaydory.fsnet.co.uk/sailing_canoes/curlew/curlew.html

but with a daggerboard instead of leeboard.

The decked Solways look nice as well.

Thanks again,
