I understand the $$ thing. I'm selling it only to fund either a restoration on mine, or a new one. You can easily get into a sailing canoe for very little money; just keep an eye on us here and learn.
That Egret is a recently built replica of the Commodore's, which was destroyed long before you and I were born, if memory serves. I used to play in the Grove as kid and still get down there every now and then.
