Dan Miller is Assistant Curator at the Antique Boat Museum (www.abm.org ) in Clayton, NY. Dan MillerPrior to joining the staff of the ABM, he ran Dragonfly Canoe Works (www.dragonflycanoe.com, where he built and restored wooden canoes for over ten years. He has a small fleet of sailing canoes, ranging from an 1880s Rushton decked sailing canoe to a 2007, 16/30 decked racing canoe. Dan is especially interested in the history of decked sailing canoes, and looks forward to sharing that interest with the readers of Canoe Sailing Magazine.
